We coordinate production with specialized partner factories according to the yarn, gauge, knit structure and finishing techniques required by each project. Our team manages development, sampling, production coordination and quality control throughout the order.

We support custom development of sweaters, cardigans, knitted tops, dresses and knitted accessories such as beanies, scarves and gloves.

Common machine gauges include 3GG, 5GG, 7GG, 12GG and 14GG, with knit techniques including jacquard, intarsia, cable and pointelle. We can also coordinate embroidery, screen printing, digital printing, beading, sequins, crochet and washing when suitable for the design.

Our typical lead times are:

Sampling: 7–15 days

Bulk production: 20–35 days after sample approval

Actual timing depends on yarn availability, order quantity, gauge, knit structure, specialty decoration and production scheduling. We confirm the estimated timeline after reviewing your project requirements.

Sampling begins after we review your tech pack, reference sample, sketch or product requirements.

We coordinate yarn selection, gauge, knit structure, measurements, colors and decoration requirements before developing the sample. The sample is then reviewed for fit, construction, hand feel and workmanship before bulk production.

Typical sampling time is 7–15 days. Bulk production begins after the required sample and specifications are approved.

We support two main order types:

Stock programs: from 50 pieces per style

Suitable for available styles with simpler customization or branding.

Custom OEM/ODM production: from 200 pieces per style

Suitable for custom yarns, colors, measurements, knit structures, private labels or specialty decoration.

Final MOQ may vary depending on yarn requirements, color quantity, gauge, knit complexity and finishing processes.

Our commonly coordinated yarn options include Merino wool, cashmere, cotton, wool blends and other commercially available yarn blends according to project requirements.

Yarn selection depends on the required hand feel, garment weight, gauge, appearance, performance and target cost. Yarn cards or available samples can be reviewed during development when applicable.

Quality control is coordinated against the approved sample and confirmed order specifications.

Yes. For ODM projects, we can begin with a sketch, reference image, mood board or general product direction.

Our team can help translate the concept into workable knitwear specifications by coordinating yarn selection, gauge, knit structure, measurements, colors and suitable decorative techniques before sampling.

A complete tech pack is helpful but is not required for the initial discussion.

We commonly support EXW and FOB terms and can coordinate shipment arrangements with freight forwarding partners according to the destination and order requirements.

Export documents, packing requirements and shipping arrangements are confirmed before dispatch. Buyers may also use their nominated freight forwarder when preferred.

Compliance requirements are reviewed according to the destination market, product type, materials and buyer specifications.

Where required, we can source yarns or materials with relevant documentation or certifications, such as OEKO-TEX®, RWS or GRS, subject to supplier availability and the specific project.

Certification status and supporting documents should be confirmed for the selected yarn or material before bulk production.
