10 Stock Colors & Custom Embroidery

For brands requiring smaller quantities, this cable knit scarf is available in 10 stock colors with a minimum order of 50 pieces in total. Mixed colors are allowed within the stock order, subject to current color and quantity availability.

Custom embroidery can be applied to suitable areas for private-label programs. Because cable knitting creates a raised and uneven surface, logo size, stitch density and placement should be reviewed before production.

For detailed embroidery artwork, a flatter area of the scarf may provide better definition than positioning the logo directly across a pronounced cable structure.

Stock colors and quantities should be confirmed at the time of inquiry because inventory may change.

Full OEM/ODM Development

For brands requiring exclusive yarns, colors, dimensions or cable patterns, full custom development starts from 500 pieces per style/color.

Customization options can include:

  • Yarn and fiber composition
  • Yarn count and scarf weight
  • Custom yarn colors
  • Knit gauge
  • Cable width and pattern repeat
  • Cable placement
  • Scarf length and width
  • Edge and finishing construction
  • Embroidery and logo placement
  • Custom labels, hangtags and packaging

Cable Pattern, Yarn & Scarf Weight Development

The appearance of a cable knit scarf depends on the relationship between yarn thickness, knitting gauge, stitch density and cable structure.

A thicker yarn or larger cable repeat can create a more pronounced three-dimensional texture, while changes in yarn, gauge and scarf dimensions can also affect the final product weight and drape.

For this reason, a target weight such as 218g should be treated together with the required scarf dimensions and yarn specification, rather than as an independent indication of warmth or thickness.

For custom projects, cable scale and pattern repeat should also be evaluated according to the finished scarf width so that the motif is proportioned appropriately across the product.

Sampling & Quality Control

For custom OEM/ODM projects, a development sample is recommended to confirm yarn, color, gauge, cable definition, dimensions, product weight, edge construction and branding before bulk production.

Quality control is based on the approved sample and buyer specifications. Key inspection points can include scarf dimensions, weight tolerance, cable alignment and definition, knit consistency, edges, finishing, embroidery, labels and packaging.

Viscose Cotton Blend

Viscose-cotton blended yarn combines characteristics of both fibers for custom knitwear development. Blend ratio, yarn count, gauge and knit structure should be selected according to the required weight, drape, stretch, hand feel and surface appearance.

Mid-Gauge (7GG - 9GG)

Mid-gauge 7GG and 9GG knitting for versatile medium-weight knitwear. Suitable for sweaters, cardigans, dresses and accessories, with yarn selection, stitch structure and knit density adjusted according to the required weight, texture and drape.

Classic Cable-Knit Pattern

Cable-knit construction created by crossing groups of stitches to form raised braided or twisted textures. Cable definition, scale and garment weight depend on yarn thickness, knitting gauge, stitch density and pattern repeat.

Textured Embroidery

Custom machine and hand embroidery for knitwear, including logos, lettering and decorative artwork. Embroidery size, stitch density and placement should be developed according to the knit structure and surface texture.
