We support knitwear projects from yarn selection, gauge planning and knit structure development to sampling, specialty decoration, production coordination and quality control.
Rather than operating as a single knitwear factory, we work with selected manufacturing partners according to the technical requirements of each project. This allows us to coordinate different knitting, decoration and finishing processes while providing one point of contact throughout development and production.
From Yarn and Gauge to Finished Knitwear
Knitwear development involves more than selecting a sweater style. Yarn composition, yarn count, machine gauge, stitch structure, garment construction and finishing all affect the final appearance, weight, hand feel and performance of the garment.
Our team helps coordinate these variables during product development and sampling.

Specialty Craft Integration
Some knitwear designs require processes beyond machine knitting. We coordinate specialty decoration and finishing according to the garment structure and design requirements.

Sampling & Production Coordination
Our development process is structured around the technical requirements of each project:
Design / Tech Pack → Yarn Selection → Gauge & Knit Structure → Sample Development → Specialty Craft → Approval → Bulk Production → Quality Control
Typical lead times:
- Sample development: approximately 7–15 days
- Bulk production: approximately 20–35 days after sample and order details are confirmed
Lead times may vary depending on yarn availability, design complexity, specialty processes and order quantity.

We support both stock-based customization and fully developed custom knitwear.
Stock programs: from 50 pieces per style
Custom production: from 200 pieces per style
Actual MOQ may vary according to yarn, color, gauge, knitting structure and decoration requirements.

Quality Control Throughout Production
Quality control starts with the approved sample and confirmed specifications rather than only at final inspection.
Depending on the project, our production coordination may include:
